Eagles Trip to Bristol Museum

As part of our topic about the Ancient Egyptians, Eagles class went to Bristol Museum to explore their exhibition and do a workshop with the staff there. We learnt more about the life and afterlife of Egyptians, and got to see real life artefacts from the time period. During our workshop we learnt about a lady called Amelia Edwards, an Egyptologist from Bristol. We got to handle real life artefacts alongside replicas and had to work out which region of Egypt they belonged to. We all had a fantastic day and are looking forward to learning some more about the Ancient Egyptians over the rest of the term!
