At Iron Acton, we try to consistently challenge ourselves and be purple learners. To learn more about the learning happening across the school, 10 children have been working with Mrs Pardoe to set up our Learning Detective team. These pupils will get the opportunity to observe around the school, and feedback to staff about what is working well, and how we can improve our learning skills. We look forward to seeing what the Learning Detectives find in their investigations!

We then wrapped our oranges tightly in bandages and left them in a warm dry place. The photos show the the unwrapping and results!

As part of our learning for STEM Week, Eagles class took on a design challenge to create new souvenirs for the Egyptians Exhibit at the Bristol Museum. They were put into teams and given a brief to follow. They created their own logos for their team and collaborated to create a range of t-shirts and key rings. Lastly, they presented their work to the rest of the class with interesting and exciting product descriptions. As you can see, the results are fabulous! Well done Eagles!
