Health Week Highlights!

It has been a fantastic Health Week this year and we have really enjoyed the opportunity to sample a wide-range of exciting activities, including: Cycling Proficiency, Frisbee, Tennis and Tae Kwon Do!

We have also taken part in daily activities such as ‘Wake and Shake’ to get us going in the mornings  and the Daily Mile, where we have all pushed ourselves to go further the following day. We’ve also learnt more about sugar, eating a healthy diet and the importance of hydration.

Thank you to all the instructors, teachers and helpers who have helped to organise and run these events  – as you can see, we have thoroughly enjoyed taking part and certainly feel a lot fitter from doing so.
