Pirates ahoy!

The Parish Hall played host to Iron Acton Primary School’s end of year performance of ‘The Pirates of the Curry Bean’ earlier this term. Family and friends, as well as the rest of the school were treated to a excellent rendition of the play from our Year 6’s with support from Year 4’s and 5’s. There were tears, gaffs and plenty of laughs throughout the performance and we hope everyone who came enjoyed the show.

The children have thoroughly enjoyed practising the play including songs and dances and we are all immensely proud of their hard work and effort! Thanks to Miss Mallet and Mrs Pilgrim for their much needed help. Thanks also to parents for their support in helping children learning their lines as well as props and costumes. Final thanks to our friends at the Parish Hall for letting us use their hall!
